I am very proud to announce that, as PWA Milan, we won a EU Commission grant to promote women leadership across Europe. The ME-TOTEM Project (“Mentoring as a tool toward empowerment”) falls into the “Equality in Economic Decision Making” area of the EU Commission commitment towards gender balance.

The ME-TOTEM project will impact three main target groups,who will be involved in mentoring, training and workshops:

  • Young talented women, selected among MBA students of top European business schools
  • Middle management women who will participate in a cross-company, cross-country mentoring program
  • Executives, both women and men, who will help us identifiy the main challenges women face toward their career

Me-Totem will impact 8 European countries (Italy, Belgium, France, Germany, Poland, Portugal, Spain and UK) in co-operation with  PWN Global. For further information: http://www.me-totem.eu

We are ready and excited to start with the first group!

25 international MBA students selected from three top tier European Business Schools (SDA BOCCONI, INSEAD and VLERICK) and representing 20 different nationalities are taking part to a six months mentoring program in order to learn how to develop their career. They are supported by high profile professional women mentors and will work in groups based on sector of interest. Ltd  – TECHNOLOGY Mentor: Catherine Walker Group Head of Large Enterprise Marketing – Vodafone – TECHNOLOGY Mentor: Roberta Toniolo, Independent consultant, former Executive at Oracle.
